Hannah Graves (1) was born 26 Feb. 1773, and died 24 July 1851 near Knoxville, Knox Co., IL. She has never been located on the 1850 census, and her gravestone has never been located. She married Dan Randall Hovey, son of Daniel Hovey and Keziah ------, on 2 July 1795. He was born 17 Feb. 1774 in Mansfield, Windham Co., CT, and died 15 June 1826 in NY or OH. He was a farmer. He was a sixth generation descendant of Daniel Hovey, immigrant from Waltham Abbey, Essex Co., England to Ipswich, MA in the 1630's. (R-1)

6. Pamela M. Hovey, b. 6 Nov. 1805 (prob. Ontario Co., NY), never married, d. 8 May 1810 (prob. Ontario Co., NY).

7. Sophia P. Hovey, b. 26 Jan. 1808 (prob. Ontario Co., NY), d. 16 Sept. 1827.

8. Eliza D. Hovey, b. 25 June 1810 (prob. Sodus, Ontario Co., NY), never married, d. 18 Feb. 1824 (Sodus, Wayne Co., NY ?).

9. Lucretia J. Hovey, b. 8 June 1812 (prob. Sodus, Ontario Co., NY).

Marshall L. R. Hovey (10) was born 27 Jan. 1814, probably in Ontario Co., NY, died in 1850 in Athens Co., OH, and may have been buried in Athens Co., OH. He married Elizabeth Fox on 2 Oct. 1836 in Athens Co., OH. The family was listed in the 1830 and 1850 censuses for Carthage Twp., Athens Co., OH. Both children were born in OH. (R-1)
