A bastardy recognizance dated 29 Nov. 1825 gave mother Susannah Graves, single-woman of Farlesthorpe, and putative father Bennett Adlard of Farlesthorpe, servant (LQS A/1/494/120). Bennett Adlard Graves (2) was born in Jan. 1826 in Farlesthorpe, Lincolnshire, England, and died 31 Dec. 1891 in Louth, Lincolnshire. He married Sarah Greenfield in May 1848 in Lincolnshire. She was born about 1828 in Benniworth, Lincolnshire.

He was probably the person in the 1841 census for Farlesthorpe, Lincolnshire, recorded as Bennett Adlard, 15, agricultural laborer, with the family of Matthew Wilkinson, 55, farmer. They were in the 1851 census for Market Stainton, Lincs. They were in the 1861 and 1871 censuses for Bilsby, Lincs. He was an agricultural laborer. He was a ballast guard for the railway in 1891, and a platelayer (a workman who inspects, lays down, and maintains the rails of a railway) for the railway in 1901. 38. Marjorie Joyce Dobson, b. 19 Nov. 1929, m. George McClory, 3 Sept. 1949 (Spilsby, Lincolnshire), d. Nov. 2004 (Pilgrim Hospital, Fishtoft, Lincolnshire). He was b. 9 March 1920, and d. 3 April 1977 in Burgh-le-Marsh, Lincolnshire, son of James McClory and Agnes Wallace Boyd.
