Richard Graves (1) was born about 1803 in Ely, Cambridgeshire, England. He married Frances ‑‑‑‑‑‑. She was born about 1804 in Ely, Cambridgeshire. She was in the 1841 census for Ely, with children William, James, and Jane. They were in the 1851 census for Ely, with son Alfred. They could not be found in later censuses. He was a waterman. (R‑1)

Kenton, Hardin Co., OH, USA. She
married John Hall, son of Daniel Hall and Mary Fletcher, on 13 Nov. 1845 in
Holy Trinity, Ely, Cambridgeshire. He was born about 1823 in Prickwillow, Cambridgeshire,
England, and died 21 Aug. 1902 in Kenton, Hardin Co., OH. They belonged to the Methodist
Episcopal Church. They emigrated
to the U.S. about 1848 and settled in Ohio. They were in the 1850 census for Brunswick Twp., Medina Co.,
OH. They were in the 1860 census
for Blanchard Twp., Hardin Co., OH.
He was a farmer. Their
first 2 children were born in England, and the others in Ohio. (R‑1)
