GENERATION 1

George Graves (1) was born about 1808 in North Elkington, Lincolnshire, England, and died in 1891 in Louth, Lincolnshire. He married Charlotte Webster, daughter of Thomas Webster and Amelia Alcock, in 1833 in Saltfleetby, St. Peter, Lincs. She was born about 1813 in Saltfleetby, St. Peter, and died in 1888. They were in the 1841 and 1851 censuses for Manby, Lincolnshire. They were in the 1861 and 1871 censuses for Legbourne, Lincolnshire. He was an agricultural labourer. All their children were born in Lincolnshire, the first 8 in Manby and the last 2 in Legbourne. (R‑1)
